На 7 декември 2022 в зала “Иван Симеонов” в Пазарджик се проведе голям спортен празник, посветен на Европейска баскетболна седмица на Спешъл Олимпикс’2022.
В празника взеха участие 200 деца и техните педагози от ДГ “Слънчо”.в града. Специални гости бяха президентът на баскетболен клуб”Хебър” г-н Янислав Марков, както и старши треньорът на мъжкия отбор Димитър Чанков, главният мениджър Веселин Веселинов, треньорът на подрастващи и състезател на първия отбор Михаил Пандев, капитанът на отбора Томи Илиев и един от най-добрите играчи Юлий Арабаджийски.
Треньорите на баскетболния клуб показаха на децата колко атрактивна е играта баскетбол, давайки им възможност да стрелят към коша и да дриблират.
Всички получиха отличия с благодарност за участието от директора на детската градина г-жа Михаела Черешарова.
Президентът на клуба г-н Янислав Марков дари топки и баскетболни кошове на ЦДГ “Слънчо”, приканвайки учителите да обръщат внимание на този спорт в часовете по-физическо.
Публика бяха родители, приятели и съмишленици. Събитието бе отразено от местните медии.
